• 10 years leading transformative initiatives in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue growth as a Master Black Belt.​
• 5 years as a Black Belt, focusing on process improvement.​
• 5 years as a Branch Operations Manager, overseeing P&L, compliance, and operations to support sales, service, and installation support.​

Twylavette’s educational background includes training at NC State University, where she achieved her Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, and Project Management training through Villanova University. Her expertise extends to mentoring Black Belts, Green Belts, and business professionals in process improvement and project management methodologies. With proficiency in Kaizen facilitation and advanced analytics, Twylavette partners with organizations to implement data-driven strategies that enhance performance and ensure long-term success.​
